Tim combines 25 years of experience in operations, strategy, digitalisation, and HR, and sets himself apart with his expertise in hospitality thinking. His career began in the hotel industry and developed into leading strategic initiatives and transformations in small and large organisations, both nationally and internationally. With a proven track record of bringing people together, developing teams, and optimising processes, Tim delivers sustainable results. Innovative, decisive, and collaboration-driven, he strives for impactful change through clear communication and a sharp strategic vision.

Patrick combines over 15 years of experience in strategy and organisational consulting, (digital) transformation, and project, programme, and portfolio management. How about the "Wet DBA"?

At NCBG, we place great importance on operating within the applicable laws and regulations, including the Dutch Deregulation of Labour Relations Act (Wet DBA). We only accept clearly defined assignments that do not involve situations of false self-employment. Our projects are temporary in nature and always have a clear start and end point, enabling us to support organisations without any ambiguity regarding the nature of the working relationship. We work entirely independently and outside the organisation’s hierarchy, in full compliance with the requirements of the Dutch Tax Authorities.
