Tim combines 25 years of experience in operations, strategy, digitalisation, and HR, and sets himself apart with his expertise in hospitality thinking. His career began in the hotel industry and developed into leading strategic initiatives and transformations in small and large organisations, both nationally and internationally. With a proven track record of bringing people together, developing teams, and optimising processes, Tim delivers sustainable results. Innovative, decisive, and collaboration-driven, he strives for impactful change through clear communication and a sharp strategic vision.

Patrick combines over 15 years of experience in strategy and organisational consulting, (digital) transformation, and project, programme, and portfolio management. He has led strategic projects and complex transformations for global players in consumer goods, retail, high-tech, and utilities. Patrick designs profitable growth strategies, improves operational models, and guides organisations through their (agile) transformations. Driven by a results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on collaboration, Patrick delivers tangible outcomes through a holistic and pragmatic approach.
